I am an "ex Workman" but heard that Workmans were formerly Wortmans. I was given the family geneaology where Wortmans came from England. They first came to the US, then moved to the Netherlands and then returned to US where they became Workmans (if my memory serves me correctly). These were the Workmans from Ohio and West Virginia. Janice and Ed were my mother and father in law who still live in Kenova/Huntington,WV area; Ken Workman is my ex husband. Ed Jr. from Phoenix, AZ is the one who gave me the genealogy (my ex husband, Ken possibly still has it.)
